What situations will affect the application effect of uv glue is a concern for customers. Shaking during transportation, storage environment and improper operation by operators when handling uv glue can all affect the application effect of uv glue. Today, let's talk about what effects environmental humidity can have on uv adhesives?

High environmental humidity refers to a large proportion of moisture in the air, exceeding the general ratio. This is the main reason why problems are prone to occur when using UV glue. Because the surface of the bonding material is prone to absorbing moisture from the air, and many customers do not take corresponding remedial measures, merely wipe it with a cloth, which cannot completely remove the moisture on the material surface. Moisture on the material surface will directly lead to problems such as bubbles, whitening and reduced bonding strength in uv adhesive bonding. Generally, a hair dryer or other drying equipment can be used to carefully treat the surface of the material before bonding. Only in this way can the bonding quality and effect of the product be guaranteed. When using uv adhesive for bonding in winter, due to the relatively low temperature, after the UV adhesive is fully cured, the adhesive layer will be harder and more brittle, which will also lead to a decrease in bonding strength. In general low-temperature areas or during winter, when the working temperature drops below 15°C, the viscosity of UV glue will increase. It is recommended to add a constant temperature device to the dispensing machine, keeping the temperature between 28°C and 30°C to ensure smooth dispensing.

So if you find that the bonding effect is not satisfactory after using uv glue for bonding, you can consider whether it is affected by high environmental humidity. If you encounter any problems, you can contact the company's technicians for solutions.
