Notes:
(1) It is used for bonding and sealing large gaps. Metal gaskets should be added in the middle or special anaerobic adhesives should be used.
(2) When using anaerobic adhesives at low temperatures or on inert metal surfaces, a promoter should be applied to the surface of the adherend.
(3) The bonding operation environment should be kept as dry as possible, with a relative humidity of less than 60%.
(4) Bonded parts should be avoided from being used in alkaline media.
(5) If disassembly is necessary, heat the bonded parts to 260 to 316 degrees Celsius and disassemble them while they are still hot. If high temperatures do not permit, organic solvents such as dichloromethane and other mixed solvents or special cleaning agents can be used.
(6) Anaerobic adhesives must not be placed in metal containers, nor should other containers be filled up.
(7) Anaerobic adhesives have a certain degree of irritation to the skin. If they accidentally come into contact with the skin, they should be washed off immediately with water.
(8) Anaerobic adhesives have low toxicity and can be used for bonding and sealing in food processing machinery.
