1. Product Introduction and Usage
DX-6800 neutral cured organic silicone adhesive has excellent insulation, good adhesion, moisture resistance, earthquake resistance, corona resistance, and leakage resistance. The adhesive material has good adhesion to metals and most plastics, and after curing, it has excellent resistance to thermal cycling (-60~200 ℃).
Purpose:
1、 Used for adhesive positioning and reinforcement of electronic components on electronic circuit boards, as well as moisture-proof sealing.
2、 Adhesive bonding and sealing of objects such as engineering plastics, metals, glass, and ceramics.
3、 Used for bonding and waterproof sealing of guardrail tubes in the optoelectronic industry.

3. Usage and precautions
Usage:
1、 Clean the surface of the adhered or coated material, removing rust, dust, oil stains, etc.
2、 First, put on the glue nozzle, then cut it into the required size, and then squeeze the glue solution onto the cleaned surface to make it evenly distributed. Close and fix the adhesive surface.
3、 Place the coated parts in the air and cure at room temperature for 24 hours before they can be put into use.
Attention:
1、 Curing requires moist air, which may take a longer time in situations where the bonding area is large.
2、 After the operation is completed, the unused glue should be immediately tightened with a cap and sealed for storage. When reusing, if there is a slight crust on the sealing area, it can be removed without affecting normal use.
3、 Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Please rinse immediately with soapy water after skin contact. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If discomfort persists, seek medical examination.
4、 If using a dispensing machine for glue application, it is recommended to soak the dispensing needle in a container containing silicone oil at the end or interruption of the operation to prevent solidification and blockage of the needle. Remove a small amount of glue from the needle during the next operation.
4. Storage conditions
Store in a cool and dry place below 30 ℃, with a storage period of 6 months for 2.6L/tube, 9 months for 300ml/tube, and 12 months for 45g/tube.
5. Packaging Specifications
100ml/tube, 300ml/tube, 2600ml/tube or according to customer requirements.
