Its characteristics are wet curing, direct participation in subsequent processes after adhesive bonding, convenient operation, and firm adhesion.
Due to its extremely high reactivity, it exhibits excellent adhesion to various plastic materials, cures quickly, and has good impact resistance and weather resistance after curing. It is not affected by environmental temperature changes and does not creep or become brittle. It has high toughness, strong initial adhesion, and extremely strong adhesion. The bonding strength is 30% to 60% higher than other adhesives under the same conditions, significantly reducing the amount of adhesive used.

Use explanation:
① Before use, please drain a small amount of glue from the front end of the nozzle.
② Heat and melt the 3545 reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive at a constant temperature of 115 ℃, and use a dispensing device to complete the bonding within 1 minute at the desired bonding site (the specific time may vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity). Then, hold the adhesive in a fixed fixture for 20 minutes (clamps or pressure holding fixtures can be used) before moving to the next workstation. It takes 1-2 hours to cure again
③ Suggest heating for no more than 3 hours.
④ If the heating time is too long, it will cause the back of the hose to crust. At this time, the crust can be punctured to reduce the pressure of gluing.
