DX-7553 is a single component, low viscosity, UV/moisture dual curing conformal coating that can be brushed or sprayed onto surfaces of printed circuit boards, electronic components, integrated circuits, etc. After UV irradiation and curing, a dense conformal coating is formed to protect various components. The product contains a fluorescent indicator, which is easy to detect after spraying.
DX-7553 UV cured conformal coating does not contain any volatile solvents and can cure within seconds. Therefore, it can improve processing speed, increase output, and reduce costs.

Conformal coating for electronic circuit, waterproof, mildew proof, corrosion proof and anti-aging.

solidification:
The UV curing rate depends on the intensity, wavelength, coating thickness, and distance from the UV lamp to the coating. For areas that are not exposed to ultraviolet radiation, the moisture curing mechanism plays a role. After UV irradiation, the surface can be dried at room temperature for about 1 day. To achieve final performance, it usually takes 5-7 days, depending on the coating thickness, temperature and humidity in the operating room. The type of light source also affects the curing rate. DX-7553 is suitable for various types of ultraviolet lamps, and the UV energy meter can accurately measure the energy required for curing, which has strong guiding significance for the selection of curing processes. Usage:
1、 Ensure good ventilation at the construction site.
2. The surface of the PCB should be free of oil stains, dust, impurities, etc.
3、 According to the structure and process requirements of the workpiece, spraying, immersion coating, and brushing coating construction methods can be selected.
4、 When spraying, the spray gun should move smoothly, and the spraying adhesive layer should be evenly thick, without accumulation or shortage of adhesive.
Precautions:
1、 During construction, open flames should be strictly prohibited, and work clothes that are prone to static electricity should be avoided. Glue should be applied in a ventilated environment
2、 The thinner the adhesive coating, the faster the curing process
3、 The spraying speed should be appropriate to avoid the generation of bubbles
4、 The adhesive solution retained after spraying should be sealed and stored
