
Product Introduction
DX680Mainly suitable for clearance fitting or transition fitting of cylindrical assemblies with a maximum radial clearance of less than 0.25mm. This product solidifies when isolated from air between tightly fitting metal sealing surfaces, which can prevent loosening, micro vibration wear, leakage, and corrosion of metal fittings caused by vibration or impact. Typical applications include retaining sleeves, pulleys, gears, rotors, etc. Repair hole shaft fittings and out of tolerance parts, assemble bearings and bushings, and improve the holding strength of the high-pressure fitting.

Usage
Assembly
1. For optimal results, thoroughly clean the surface with DX755 cleaning agent and air dry.
2. When the temperature is very low or the gap is large, or the material is an inert metal, the curing speed of the adhesive solution slows down. It is possible to consider using accelerator DX7649 to accelerate the curing speed.
3. Shake well before use.
4. For sliding parts, only apply a circle of adhesive around the guide angle of the shaft and shaft sleeve, and rotate left and right during assembly to ensure good coating.
5. For press fit parts, both surfaces to be bonded must be coated with adhesive and assembled under appropriate high pressure.
6. For hot fitting parts, the adhesive should be applied to the shaft, and then the shaft sleeve should be heated to create sufficient clearance for free assembly.
7. Do not apply load to the components until they have reached sufficient operational strength.
Dismantling
Heat the assembly parts locally to 250 ℃ and disassemble them while they are still hot.
Cleaning
For solidified glue, it can be soaked in gasket remover DX790 or mechanically polished with tools such as steel brushes.
Storage conditions
This product should be stored in a dry and cool place, with an ideal storage temperature of 18-26 ℃.
To avoid contaminating unused adhesive, do not pour the poured adhesive back into the original packaging container.

This product is not suitable for use in pure oxygen and/or oxygen rich environments, and cannot be used as a sealing material for chlorine gas or other strongly oxidizing substances. To prevent children from coming into contact with the product, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for information on safe operation of this product. When using cleaning agents to clean the surface of materials, the compatibility between the cleaning agent and the adhesive should be checked. In some cases, the cleaning agents used may affect the curing and performance of the adhesive. This product is not recommended for use on plastics (especially thermoplastic plastics, which may cause cracking). It is recommended to test the compatibility of the product with the material before application.
