Product Introduction:

DX-190024 It is a single component, high thixotropy, fast curing UV curable adhesive that can cure within seconds under certain wavelength UV irradiation. After curing, the adhesive layer is flexible and has excellent vibration and impact resistance. The thixotropic property can prevent the migration of glue, and is typically used for PCB height limitation, electronic component bonding, etc.

Recommended curing conditions:

DX-190024 will cure when exposed to sufficient intensity of ultraviolet or visible light. To fully cure surfaces exposed to air, use ultraviolet radiation at 220-260nm to accelerate surface debonding and curing. The curing speed and final curing depth depend on the light intensity, spectral distribution of the light source, exposure time, and transparency of the bonded material.

Instructions for use:

1. This product has photosensitivity. When storing, it should be kept away from sunlight, ultraviolet light, and artificial light sources.

2. achieve the best bonding performance, the adhesive application area must be cleaned of oil stains and thoroughly cleaned.

3. achieve better surface dryness, higher intensity ultraviolet radiation is required for irradiation.

4. The curing speed depends on the intensity of ultraviolet radiation, the distance between the light source and the adhesive layer, and the required curing depth.

5. Do not move the material back and forth when exposed to ultraviolet radiation, otherwise it may cause the adhesive layer to turn white and the bonding strength to decrease.

6. the lid must be immediately closed. UV resistant rubber hoses must be used for adhesive application.

7. Excessive uncured adhesive can be wiped off by organic solvents.

8. The bonded parts should be cooled before bearing the load.

It is recommended to use it in a well ventilated area.

If it accidentally comes into contact with the skin, wipe it first and then rinse it with clean water.

If it accidentally comes into contact with the eyes, immediately rinse with clean water and go to the hospital for examination.
