DX-275 replaces Loctite 275

DX-275 replaces Loctite 275

Product Introduction

DX275Has the following product characteristics:

Technology Acrylic acid
Chemical type Polyurethane acrylic ester
Appearance (uncured) Transparent yellow to light amber liquid
Composition Single component - no need to mix
Viscosity centre
Curing method Anaerobic accelerator
Advantages of solidification Room temperature curing
Application Adhesive bonding

DX275 is designed for bonding flat samples. Especially suitable for bonding different types of materials, such as bonding ferrite to electroplated metal parts of electric motors or speaker components. This product has good toughness and high impact strength. When the sample fits tightly, the product can be cured with the assistance of a promoter.

User Guide:

1. To achieve optimal results, the surface of the bonded material should be clean and free of grease.

2. To ensure fast and reliable curing, apply activator AC7091 to one surface and apply adhesive to the other surface. The components should be assembled immediately (within 15 minutes).

3. It is recommended that the gap between the adhesive layers be 0.1mm. If the gap between the adhesive layers is too large (up to 0.5mm) or a faster curing speed is required, the activator AC7075 should be used on both surfaces, and the components must be assembled quickly (within 1 minute).

4. Excess adhesive can be removed using organic solvents.

5. The adhesive components should be fixed until the adhesive is initially fixed.

6. The adhesive must reach full strength before it can withstand the load (due to differences in the gap between the adhesive layers and the material being bonded, the typical complete curing time for this adhesive is between 24-72 hours).

Storage conditions:

This product should be stored in a dry and cool place, with an ideal storage temperature of 18-26 ℃.

To avoid contaminating unused adhesive, do not pour the poured adhesive back into the original packaging container. Keep away from children.

Precautions:

This product is not suitable for use in pure oxygen and/or oxygen rich environments, and cannot be used as a sealing material for chlorine gas or other strongly oxidizing substances. To prevent children from coming into contact with the product, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for information on safe operation of this product. When using cleaning agents to clean the surface of materials, the compatibility between the cleaning agent and the adhesive should be checked. In some cases, the cleaning agents used may affect the curing and performance of the adhesive. This product is not recommended for use on plastics (especially thermoplastic plastics, which may cause cracking). It is recommended to test the compatibility of the product with the material before application.
