3605It is a bottom filling protective adhesive for a single component modified epoxy resin system, suitable for liquid packaging of bare crystal cells to protect exposed semiconductor devices. This product has excellent welding resistance and moisture resistance, high purity, low stress, high reliability, and corrosion resistance.

The above curing conditions are only for guidance, and other conditions may also achieve better results, but for the vast majority of applications, the temperature should not be lower than 120 ℃.
Usage:
1、 Please refrigerate and seal at 2-8 ℃ for storage.
2、 Before use, it must be thawed and warmed up to avoid internal crystallization. Thaw at room temperature until it reaches room temperature (approximately 2-4 hours), and do not heat it in the furnace for thawing.
3、 Please use up within 24 hours after opening.
4、 Due to the possibility of introducing moisture and other impurities after thawing and freezing, the viscosity state of the adhesive may change. Please reduce the room temperature storage time and avoid secondary refrigeration.
5、 Although strict defoaming treatment has been carried out on the glue during filling, please perform defoaming treatment again during final use to avoid air entering.
Storage conditions/term:
Unless otherwise indicated on the label, the ideal storage condition for this product is to refrigerate the unopened product at a temperature of 2-8 ℃ for 6 months
Changes in storage conditions can affect the viscosity and other performance indicators of the product.

Precautions:
Application:
1、 This product should not be used in pure oxygen and/or oxygen rich environments, and cannot be used as a sealing material for chlorine gas or other strongly oxidizing substances.
2、 The temperature of glue return and use environment should not exceed 40 ℃ to avoid gel.
3、 To avoid contaminating the original adhesive, do not pour any used sealant back into the original packaging.
Safety:
1、 Irritating to the skin and eyes. Contact with the skin may cause allergies. If it gets into the eyes, rinse with water for 15 minutes and see a doctor. If in contact with the skin, wash with soapy water.
2、 Excessive skin contact can cause skin allergies. If skin allergies occur, please stop using and seek medical treatment. Coating tubes can be used to avoid direct skin contact.
