Product Introduction:

TPE&double-sided adhesive treatment agent is a special adhesive agent that enhances the adhesion of TPE&double-sided adhesive during processing, and strengthens the adhesion to the substrate.

Usage guide:

1、 Preparation of adhesive surface

Dip a non fiber shedding cloth in 50% isopropanol or toluene to clean the bonding surface.

2、 Operation

Shake the bottle containing the primer vigorously before use.

Use a specialized tool or brush for primer and a roller (with no fiber shedding) to evenly apply the primer to the bonding surface. The general coating thickness is 2-4u

3、 Drying time

The drying time generally varies depending on temperature, humidity, and coating thickness.

Normal drying time: 1 minute to 1 hour

Best drying time: 10 minutes to 30 minutes (humidity 65%, temperature: 23 ℃)

During this process, it should be noted that the coating surface is absolutely free from contamination

4、 Double sided tape bonding

Apply double-sided tape to the dried coating surface and apply a certain amount of pressure.

Precautions:

1、 Primer is a chemically active substance, so each time it is used, only the daily (8-hour) amount needs to be taken out, and the rest should be sealed and stored.

2、 The operating environment should have good ventilation and be kept clean.
