1. Product Introduction and Usage
DX-5012UV is a single component epoxy resin adhesive with a dual curing system, high thixotropy index, low shrinkage and repeatable shrinkage, high Tg and low CTE, good stability, and good adhesion to standard substrate configurations. DX-5012UV is designed specifically for active alignment applications in camera module assembly and laser radar module components. Main substrates include anodized aluminum, PBT, PPS, PCB, LCP, etc. First, cure with ultraviolet (UV) light, and then apply electronic materials by heating.

3. Curing Time
Initial curing: 3-5 seconds @ 365nm UV, light intensity 200mW/cm ² -1000mW/cm ²
External heating curing: 50 minutes @ 85 ℃/30 minutes @ 100 ℃/20 minutes @ 120 ℃
*Water will accelerate its reaction and solidify when heated, and the speed and strength of solidification depend on the temperature and time of heating. The higher the temperature, the shorter the time required for solidification. It is necessary to adjust the heating temperature and time appropriately based on the heating efficiency of the heating equipment and the adhesive material to obtain the optimal process parameters.

5. Usage and Precautions
1、 At room temperature of 25 ℃ for 1-2 hours, wait for the glue to return to normal viscosity before use. Do not open the sealed packaging before this. It is not recommended to use it repeatedly for reheating.
2、 The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned to remove contaminants such as dust, salt, and oil that may cause poor adhesion or corrosion of the bonding components.
3、 The storage time at room temperature should be controlled within 24 hours.
4、 Excess uncured adhesive should be cleaned with solvents such as ketones and should not be poured into the original packaging.
Attention:
Please store away from children.
This product is recommended to be used in a well ventilated area.
If it accidentally gets on the skin, please wash it immediately with soapy water.
If it accidentally gets into the eyes, please wash with plenty of water first and then seek medical attention.
6. Packaging and Storage Conditions

The product is sealed and stored in a clean and dry place at -20 ℃.
