1730A is a single component, UV/visible light curing adhesive suitable for bonding and sealing electronic devices made of various materials such as plastic, glass, metal, etc. in the electronic industry production. Has good surface dryness in the air, forms a tough adhesive layer after curing, and has excellent impact and vibration resistance. Its special formula gives it excellent aging resistance.

Usage:
1、 The product is sensitive to light. During storage and operation, it is necessary to control the exposure level of various light sources such as sunlight, UV light, and other artificial lighting sources;
2、 When using, the sealed or bonded surface should be cleaned to remove surface impurities, oil stains, and other pollutants to achieve the expected sealing and bonding effect;
3、 Curing: It is necessary to irradiate the adhesive layer with ultraviolet or visible light of appropriate wavelength. Time is determined by the intensity and distance of the lamp, and the general illumination time is six times the fixed time;
4、 When bonding materials that are particularly sensitive to temperature, the materials need to be cooled down before use;
5、 The uncured adhesive can be removed with appropriate organic solvents such as IPA, MEK, etc;
6、 The bonded components must be cooled to room temperature before bearing the load.
Precautions:
This product has slight irritation to the eyes and skin. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If in contact with skin, rinse immediately with soap. Please see a doctor if the situation is severe. Keep away from children. To prevent contamination of unused glue, unused glue should not be poured back into the original bottle.
