Product Introduction:
8013-B Blue UV Adhesive is a modified acrylic adhesive that is cured by ultraviolet and visible light. This product is specifically developed for solder joint protection, bonding, fixing, and sealing of electronic components and parts. It has the characteristics of good adhesion, flexibility, strong earthquake resistance, and good weather resistance. It has the advantages of fast deep curing and good surface drying.
Product performance before curing:
Appearance | Blue | |
ViscosityCPS | (25℃)8000
Hardness (Shore D) | 55-70 | GB/T531-1999Curing test |
elongation at break% | 300-400 | GB/T528-1998Curing test |
Temperature resistance range | -40 ℃~120℃ |
Curing conditions:
8013-B blue UV glue will cure under UV light irradiation and also slowly cure under sunlight. The curing rate, final curing depth, and surface drying effect are related to factors such as UV light source, illumination time, and material transmittance. Suggest determining the specific curing time through experimentation.
Positioning time:
Based on the customer's LED curing equipment, it is recommended to use LED lights with a wavelength of 368 and a curing power of 600w. The curing time should be adjusted according to the customer's light for 30-40 seconds. The lifespan of LED lights is generally around 2000-3000 hours. It is recommended that customers clean, maintain, and replace the curing lights in a timely manner to ensure sufficient light energy to ensure the curing quality of UV glue (which is very important).
The following are industry common standards:
2mm thick ordinary glass:
10 seconds - F20T8 BL UV lamp tube; 6-second-125W PHILIPS high-pressure fluorescent lamp
Fully Curding Time:
240 seconds - F20T8 BL ultraviolet lamp tube; 180 seconds -125W PHILIPS high-pressure fluorescent lamp
Electrical performance:
Thermal expansion coefficient | 80×10 |
Thermal conductivity coefficient W/(m · K) | 0.1 |
Volume resistivityΩ·cm | 2×10 |
dielectric constant/Dielectric loss
100Hz | 5.3/0.03 |
Product performance after curing:
Tensile and shear strength (GB 7124-86), overlap area of approximately 25 × 12=300mm
Stainless steel bonded glass
The glass sheet is bonded to a 3mm thick stainless steel plate as a test piece at a temperature of 25 ℃
Tensile and shear strength ≥ 20MPa, glass damage;
Instructions and Precautions:
1、 The bonding surface should be kept clean, dry, and free of grease. It can be wiped with acetone or dried with a hair dryer.
2、 UV lamp irradiation positioning curing, the curing rate depends on the light energy absorbed by the adhesive solution, and is related to factors such as the distance from the light source and the transmittance of the material.
3、 During operation, excessive force should not be applied to squeeze the adhered object, and it is not allowed to repeatedly move or separate the adhered object.
4、 Do not pour the remaining glue back into the original packaging to avoid contamination.
5、 The glue after opening should be used up within a week.
6、 This product has slight irritation to the eyes and skin. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If discomfort persists, seek medical examination. Please rinse immediately with soapy water after skin contact. Please wash the clothes before wearing them.
Storage conditions and packaging specifications:
Please store in a cool and dark place, with the optimal storage temperature between 10-25 ℃.
